Advantages: the operator does not need training to work directly, the production efficiency is high, the product quality is even, can work for a long time without interruption.
Disadvantages: the price is higher than that of semi-automatic equipment, it takes a long time to recover the cost and produce benefits, it needs special technicians to ensure the operation of the equipment, the maintenance of the fault is complicated, and it is difficult to replace the product types.
Semi automatic
It is the most widely used winding machine in China, which can only realize automatic wire arrangement, and the rest of the operation needs to be completed by the operator. Usually, the number of shafts is less to match the operation time of operators, so that it is convenient to replace different molds to produce different products.
Advantages: cheap, some machinery can not complete the process by hand, equipment deviation can be adjusted by the operator compensation, easy to replace products.
Disadvantages: more manpower is needed, and employees need certain training, which is limited by the operation proficiency of operators.
Suitable for low-cost production, new product production, a variety of small batch production.

Leveling machine
