The standard reducer: ambient temperature of 0 degrees C ~ +40 degrees C No oil, acid, harmful gas, steam, radioactive objects, etc.;
For the special type: the transmission device is based on the environmental conditions of the configuration;
The worm gear reducer: can not have a self lock function of the reducer Too large reverse external inertia moment, so as not to damage the reducer; In order to ensure good lubrication, must comply with the requirements of the installation location;

1.2 preparation before installation
The use of the solvent can be purchased to completely remove the surface of the output shaft and the flange of the preservative, dirt or similar materials, etc.;
Note: do not immerse the solvent in the seal lip of the oil seal, otherwise the solvent may damage the oil seal;
If the gear reducer is stored for more than 1 years, the service life of the lubricant in the bearing will be shortened;
If the filler is mineral oil or synthetic oil (CLPHC), and the amount of fuel and the installation location of the requirements, in this case, the reducer can run at any time. However, before starting to check the oil level still;
In some cases with synthetic oil (CLPPG), high level, the oil level should be corrected before starting.
1.3 reducer installation
Reducer (motor) can only according to the prescribed installation position installed on the supporting structure of the flat, vibration, torsional; box foot with a mounting flange in the installation process can not and tightened to avoid mutual rivalry;
When the bolt or the ground block is used to fix the reducer (motor) on the foundation of the concrete, the appropriate groove can be used to hold the reducer (motor); Please check the oil in the installation and installation location is consistent, if the installation position changes, please adjust the corresponding amount of oil;

1.3.1 solid shaft reducer (motor) installation
Install and fix input and output drive parts (such as coupling components, etc.) on the shaft of the speed reducer;
If the parts are to be heated in advance before the installation, the correct mating temperature can be found in the size of the coupling file;
It is possible that the shaft device is not neutral, and it may be caused by the actual operation (such as thermal expansion, deflection of the shaft, insufficient rigidity of the frame, etc.);

1.2 starting
