(3) check the tightening degree and oil quantity of bolts regularly. If the oil level of the reducer is lower than the lower scale mark of the vernier, the oil shall be replenished in time. Pay attention to the change of circulating oil lubrication. When the oil pressure decreases significantly, check and clean the oil filter net.

In order to make the reducer easy to dissipate heat, the outer surface of the reducer shall be kept clean and the air vent shall not be blocked. If the temperature of the box is too high, check whether the oil level is too high, whether the surrounding heat dissipation conditions are not good, the oil quality is aging, or the cooling water is not enough, and the cooling effect is not good.

V (oil leakage inspection) if oil leakage of high-speed shaft is found, check whether the oil level is too high. If the shaft seal leaks oil due to aging or wear, appropriate grease can be injected through the grease nozzle on the cover. If the oil leakage is serious, the user should replace the oil seal by himself in time.
