Hengyu Guoqiang-speed reducer
On the two shafts of the reducer, the gears of each gear are meshed with each other. One of the gears is loose on the shaft and can rotate over the shaft, but the axial sliding amount is small, so the two gears will not be out of mesh. So, what we have to do is to exchange gears. The main operation steps are:
① When one of the two gears in each gear is idling, the power cannot be transferred from the driving shaft to the drive shaft, and the transmission is in neutral gear;
② When the sliding gear slides along the spline axially, the claw of the sliding gear is inserted into the claw groove of the idling gear, so that the idling gear and the shaft rotate together;
③ The exchange gear is the most commonly used speed change method of main motion and feed motion for special machine tools. The exchange gear is located between two shafts, outside the spindle box, so it is convenient to replace the gear manually;
④ It should be placed at the front end of the transmission chain (i.e. close to the motor). This is because the closer the motor is, the higher the speed of the transmission fag bearing and gear is, the smaller the torque is transmitted, and the smaller the geometric size of the transmission parts is, which makes the structure compact and saves raw materials;
⑤ The active and passive wheels of the exchange gear can be used with each other, so that a larger speed range can be obtained with fewer gears.
In addition, due to the large number of workpieces, the reducer does not need to change speed frequently in the cutting process like the ordinary lathe. Instead, the structure of the reducer is simpler and meets the requirements by changing gears and sliding gears.
