1. No hammering is allowed when the reducer is installed
When installing coupling, pulley, transmission gear, sprocket and other coupling parts on the output shaft of reducer, direct hammering method can not be used. Because the output shaft structure can not bear axial hammering, it is likely to damage the retaining ring, bearing and other parts. The shaft end screw can be used to screw in the coupling parts, or hot assembly, cold shrinkage and other methods can be used.

2. Reducer must be installed with vent cap (exhaust plug)
Before the installation and use of the reducer, the plug at the highest position must be replaced with the exhaust plug to ensure that the gas in the body is discharged when the reducer is running. If it is not replaced in time, when the reducer is running for a long time, it is easy to cause the gas in the reducer to expand the oil seal, resulting in oil leakage of the reducer.

3. When the reducer is in use, the lubricating oil should be replaced in time, especially when the reducer is installed for the first time
Considering the safety problems in the transportation process, the reducer does not add lubricating oil when it leaves the factory. Therefore, when using the reducer, special attention should be paid to adding lubricating oil after installation. The reducer should be replaced in time after 300-400 hours of first operation, and then every 1500-2000 hours. In addition, the lubricating oil should be inspected every half a month (or shorten the time according to the actual situation) in the bad working environment, high temperature and dust workplace. Once any dirt is found in the lubricating oil, the lubricating oil should be replaced immediately, so as to keep the lubricating oil clean, prolong the service life of the reducer and improve the economic benefits.

4. The lubricating oil must be replaced when decelerating
When changing the lubricating oil of the reducer, it is necessary to drain all the residual lubricating oil and wash it clean, and then add new lubricating oil again. The base lubricating oil is discharged from the side rather than from the bottom. The bottom oil can not discharge the lubricating oil completely, which will easily cause the accumulation of lubricating oil and cause the gear of the reducer to bite and form a stone in the process of use, causing damage to the reducer.
