Today we'll introduce some tips for using the reducer
1. After 200-300 hours of continuous operation, the oil should be changed for the first time, and the oil quality should be checked regularly in the future operation. The oil mixed with impurities or metamorphosis must be replaced in time. In general, for the reducer that has been working continuously for a long time, the standard is to replace the new oil for 5000 hours or once a year, while for the reducer that has been out of service for a long time, the new oil should be replaced before starting operation. The reducer should be filled with oil with the same trademark as the original one. It is better not to mix with oil of different brands. However, oil with the same trademark but different viscosity is allowed to be mixed;
2. When changing the oil, it is necessary to wait for the reducer to cool down and stop burning without danger, but it is still necessary to keep warm, because when the oil temperature is completely cooled, the viscosity of the oil increases and it is difficult to drain the oil. But we need to pay attention to: to cut off the power supply of the transmission device to prevent inadvertent power on;
3. During the operation, when the oil temperature rise exceeds 80 ℃ or the oil pool temperature exceeds 100 ℃ and abnormal noise occurs, the operation should be stopped, the causes should be checked, the fault must be eliminated and the lubricating oil should be replaced before the operation can be continued;
4. Users should have reasonable use and maintenance rules and regulations, and have special machine management personnel to carefully record the operation of the reducer and the problems found in the inspection, and strictly implement the above requirements.
