1、 Selection Guide
In order to select the most suitable decelerator, it is necessary to understand the detailed technical characteristics of the machine driven by the decelerator, and a service factor FB must be determined.

Service factor FB.
Firstly, the following technical parameters should be determined for the selection of reducer motor: working hours per day; Start stop times per hour; Operation cycle per hour; Reliability requirements; Working machine torque t working machine; Output speed n out; Load type; Ambient temperature; Site heat dissipation conditions; Reducer is usually designed according to constant torque, infrequent start stop and normal temperature. The allowable output torque T is determined by the following formula:

T = t out of X FB service factor
T Output -- output torque FB -- service factor of reduction motor

When selecting the reduction motor, according to different working conditions, the following conditions must be met at the same time: 1. T output ≥ t working machine; 2. T = FB total * t working machine

Where: fbtotal -- total service coefficient, fbtotal = FB * FB1 * Kr * kW, FB -- load characteristic coefficient, Kr -- reliability coefficient, FB1 -- environmental temperature coefficient;

2、 Precautions for reducer installation

When installing the reducer, attention should be paid to the alignment of the transmission center axis, and the error should not be greater than the compensation amount of the coupling used. Good alignment can prolong service life and obtain ideal transmission efficiency. When installing the transmission parts on the output shaft, it is not allowed to knock with a hammer. Generally, the assembly fixture and the internal thread of the shaft end are used to press the transmission parts in with bolts, otherwise the internal parts of the reducer may be damaged. It is better not to use rigid fixed coupling, because improper installation of this kind of coupling will cause unnecessary additional load, resulting in early damage of bearing and even fracture of output shaft.

The reducer shall be firmly installed on a stable horizontal foundation or base, the oil in the oil drain tank shall be able to be discharged, and the cooling air circulation shall be smooth. If the foundation is not reliable, it will cause vibration and noise during operation, and damage the bearing and gear. When there are protrusions in the transmission connecting parts or when the gears and sprockets are used for transmission, the installation of protective devices should be considered. When the output shaft bears large radial load, the reinforced type should be selected.

According to the provisions of the installation device to ensure that the staff can easily get close to the oil level, vent plug, drain plug. After installation in place, the accuracy of installation position and the reliability of each fastener should be comprehensively checked in order, and it should be able to rotate flexibly after installation. The reducer adopts oil pool splash lubrication. Before operation, the user needs to remove the plug of the vent and replace it with the vent plug. According to different installation positions, open the screw of the oil level plug and check the height of the oil level line. Add oil from the oil level plug until the lubricating oil overflows from the screw hole of the oil level plug. After the oil level plug is screwed on, no-load test run can be carried out. The test run time shall not be less than 2 hours. The operation shall be stable, without impact, vibration, noise and oil leakage, and any abnormality shall be eliminated in time. After a certain period of time, the oil level should be checked again to prevent possible leakage caused by the casing. If the ambient temperature is too high or too low, the brand of lubricating oil can be changed.

3、 Installation of shaft mounted reducer

1. Connection between reducer and working machine
The reducer is directly installed on the main shaft of the working machine. When the reducer is running, the counter torque acting on the reducer case is also installed on the counter torque bracket or other parts of the reducer case

How to balance. The other end is connected with the fixed bracket.

2. Installation of counter torque support
The counter torque bracket should be installed on the side of the working machine facing the reducer to reduce the bending moment attached to the shaft of the working machine.

Rubber and other elastomers are used in the shaft sleeve at the connection end of the counter torque bracket and the fixed support to prevent deflection and absorb the torque fluctuation.

3. Installation relationship between reducer and working machine
In order to avoid the deflection of the main shaft of the working machine and the additional force on the bearing of the reducer, the distance between the reducer and the working machine should be as small as possible without affecting the normal operation, and its value is 5-10mm.

4、 Inspection and maintenance of reducer
The reducer newly put into operation has been injected with l-ckc100 ~ l-ckc220 medium extreme pressure industrial gear oil in GB / t5903 before leaving the factory. After 200 ~ 300 hours of operation, the oil should be changed for the first time. In future use, the quality of oil should be checked regularly, and the oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated must be replaced in time.

Under normal circumstances, the reducer with continuous operation for a long time should be replaced with new oil according to 5000 hours of operation or once a year. The reducer that has been out of service for a long time should also be replaced with new oil before it is put into operation again. The reducer should be added with oil of the same brand as the original one, and should not be mixed with oil of different brands. Oil of the same brand but with different viscosity is allowed to be mixed.

When changing the oil, it is necessary to wait until the reducer cools down and there is no danger of combustion, but it should still be kept warm, because after complete cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases and it is difficult to drain the oil. Note: cut off the transmission

Device power supply, to prevent inadvertent power!

When the temperature rise of oil exceeds 80 ℃ or the temperature of oil pool exceeds 100 ℃ and abnormal noise occurs during operation, stop using it. Check the cause, eliminate the fault and replace the lubricating oil before continuing operation.

The user shall have reasonable rules and regulations for the use and maintenance of the reducer. The operation of the reducer and the problems found in the inspection shall be carefully recorded. The above provisions shall be strictly implemented.

Selection of lubricating oil

Before the reducer is put into operation, lubricating oil with proper viscosity must be added to reduce the friction between gears. In case of high load and impact load, the reducer can give full play to its function.

First of all, after about 200 hours of use, the lubricating oil must be drained and cleaned, and then new lubricating oil must be added to the center of the oil level. If the oil level is too high or too low, the operating temperature may be caused.
