1. Under normal conditions, the horizontal cycloid reducer adopts oil pool lubrication, and the oil level height can be kept in the middle of the oil window. When the working conditions are bad and the ambient temperature is high, the circulating lubrication can be used.

2. The cycloid pin gear reducer is usually lubricated with 40 # or 50 # mechanical oil at room temperature. In order to improve the performance of the reducer and prolong the service life of the cycloid pin gear reducer, it is recommended to use 70 # or 90 # extreme pressure gear oil, and the lubricating oil should be reconsidered when working at high and low temperature.

3. In order to avoid the damage of the parts of the reducer, it is necessary to prevent the oil pump from cutting off when the planetary cycloid pin gear reducer is installed vertically.

4. When refueling, the ventilation cap on the upper part of the machine seat can be rotated to refueling. When discharging the oil, turn the oil drain plug at the lower part of the base to discharge the dirty oil. There is no lubricating oil in the reducer.

5. After the first refueling operation for 100 hours, the new oil should be replaced (and the internal dirty oil should be washed clean), and then the oil should be continuously replaced every half a year (8-hour working system). If the working conditions are bad, the oil change time can be appropriately shortened. Practice has proved that the frequent cleaning and oil change (such as 3-6 months) of the reducer plays an important role in prolonging the service life of the reducer. In the process of use, lubricating oil should be replenished frequently.

6. The new reducer has been greased and replaced every six months. The grease is aluminum disulfide-2? Or 2l-2? Lithium grease.

Quality grade of lubricating oil

The low speed and high load diesel engines are lubricated with CE grade oil; The turbocharged diesel engine should be CD or above; CF-4 is suitable for high-speed, heavy-duty, long-term operation of diesel engines, especially for highway driving. Effectively prevent piston ring wear and oil thickening; When the sulfur content of fuel is less than 0.05%, CG-4 diesel engine oil is selected; CH-4 diesel engine oil is selected for bimetal piston engine with higher fuel injection pressure and higher operating temperature; Ci-4 diesel engine oil is required for engines equipped with low temperature exhaust gas recirculation system.

Compared with the low-grade lubricating oil, the high-grade lubricating oil has better antioxidant capacity, detergency and dispersion capacity. In addition, the valve mechanism wear protection, oil scale resistance, filter blockage prevention, lubricating oil loss and low temperature pumping performance have been significantly optimized.

At present, with the promotion of the third and fourth national environmental protection requirements in China, various engine manufacturers have launched high-quality engines (electronic control engines), and the use level of engine oil is also correspondingly improved. CD level has been eliminated, and CF and CH level have become the mainstream. According to China's national conditions, such as serious vehicle overload, poor road conditions, low degree of specialization of drivers, unstable sulfur content of diesel and other adverse factors, resulting in engine overhaul ahead of schedule. Therefore, high quality engine oil should be selected.
