① Design of nonstandard reducer

② What problems should be paid attention to during the installation of nonstandard reducer

1. Align the center of the gear surface of the scroll rod with the center of the turbine shaft, and install the scroll rod of the non-standard reducer into the casing without left-right offset.

2. After the bearing and shaft shoulder, bearing and gland are properly installed and pressed, if there is a center deviation, the gland of the vortex bar can be padded with iron or the equivalent size can be turned off to test whether the rotation is flexible.

3. After the turbine is assembled, if there is deviation in the non-standard reducer, the size of the gasket can be adjusted to achieve the purpose of axial displacement of the turbine. Check whether the middle plane of the turbine coincides with the axis line of the turbine rod with the hanging line method or the template.

4. After cleaning the middle partition plane, add polytetraene film on the lower part of the bolt, evenly apply sealant, fasten the cover and firmly split the plane bolt and the cover bolt at both ends, and tighten the bolt to prevent oil leakage.

5. After the bearing and shaft shoulder, bearing and shaft cover, gasket, main shaft and casing are evenly installed, the coupling shall be installed and the next test run shall be carried out.

③ Maintenance of nonstandard reducer

The main feature of non-standard reducer is that it has reverse self-locking function and can have larger reduction ratio. The input shaft and output shaft are not on the same axis or plane. But the general volume is large, the transmission efficiency is not high, the accuracy is not high; Therefore, the non-standard reducer needs daily maintenance. We can do it from the following aspects. Let's take a look at it together

1. Before starting the non-standard reducer, check whether the oil level in the reducer meets the requirements. Open or replace the ventilation cap according to the prompts to make it ventilate smoothly, and check whether the rotation is flexible.

2. The non-standard reducer should run for about half an hour without load before the load test, and it can be loaded and operated after no-load fault is confirmed. During the test run, the operation condition shall be checked regularly: no abnormal impact, vibration, leakage or oil leakage. The temperature rise shall not exceed 60 ℃, and the maximum oil temperature shall not exceed 100 ℃ (it shall also be checked regularly during daily work). Only when everything is normal can formal work be carried out.

3. In case of any abnormal condition, the non-standard reducer shall be shut down for inspection, and the work can be continued after finding out and eliminating the fault. Check the lubrication condition from time to time, pay attention to make up the oil quantity, and replace the deteriorated lubricating oil in time.
