1、 QJY hard tooth surface reducer
QJY hardened gear reducer is a crane reducer with hardened gear surface (carburized and quenched gear surface) developed by the factory according to the requirements of domestic and foreign markets, including three categories and 12 basic types: qjy2, qjyd2, qjya2, qjy3, qjyd3, qjy23, qjy23, qjya23, qjy34, qjyd34 and qjya34. QJY series reducers are suitable for crane operating mechanism, and are also widely used in the transmission mechanism of various mechanical equipment such as transportation, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, light industry, etc.
2、 QY type hard gear reducer
QY type hard gear reducer is developed on the basis of QJ series medium hard gear reducer for crane. QY reducer adopts steel plate welding, the box is annealed to remove stress, the gear is made of high-quality low-carbon alloy steel, the tooth surface is carburized and quenched, and ground. The product has stable quality and reliable performance. QY series reducers include QYs (three fulcrum) and QYD (base type) hard tooth surface reducers for cranes. It can be divided into three types: three level, four level and three four level combination.
