When v ≤ 25m / s, the nozzle can be located at the meshing edge or whistling edge of gear teeth; When v > 25m / s, the nozzle should be located on the whistling side of the gear teeth, so that the newly meshed gear teeth can be cooled by lubricating oil in time, and the gear teeth can be lubricated effectively.

The lubrication method of general closed cylindrical gear reducer depends on the circumference speed of cylindrical gear. When the circular speed of cylindrical gear is less than 12 m / s, the teeth of large cylindrical gear are often immersed in oil for oil lubrication. In this way, when the cylindrical gear is driving, it will bring the lubricating oil to the meshing tooth surface, and at the same time, it will also throw the oil to the box wall to dissipate heat. The immersion depth of the cylindrical gear in the oil can be determined by the circumferential speed of the cylindrical gear. The cylindrical gear is usually not straight more than one tooth height, but generally not less than 10 mm; The bevel gear should be immersed in the whole tooth width, at least half of the tooth width. In multistage cylindrical gear transmission, oil can be brought to the tooth surface of cylindrical gear which is not immersed in oil
