1. Keep the reducer clean
When the reducer is running, there shall be no dust, water stains and other debris at least 3 meters around the air inlet to prevent the reducer from being pulled out, short circuit medium or damaging the wire insulation layer, causing inter turn short circuit, increasing current, rising temperature and burning the reducer. Therefore, in order to ensure that the reducer has enough insulation resistance and good ventilation and cooling environment, the reducer can maintain a safe and stable working state during long-term operation.
2. Check and make sure the starting equipment works normally
Always check whether the contactor contact, coil core and wiring screw are reliable, and whether the mechanical parts are flexible, so as to keep them in good technical condition, so as to ensure that the reducer will not be burnt when starting.
The technical state of the starting device of the reducer plays a decisive role in the normal starting of the reducer. Practice has proved that most of the burned reducers are caused by improper operation of starting equipment. If the starter has open phase start, the contactor contact will be triggered by arcing.
The maintenance of starting equipment is mainly cleaning and fastening. If the contactor contact is not clean, the contact resistance will increase, resulting in heat burn contact, resulting in phase loss and burning down the reducer; The core of the contactor suction coil is rusty and dusty, which will cause the coil to be loosely sucked in and damaged. Noise, increase coil current, burn coil and cause failure.
3. Inspect the drive and rotating parts
Check whether the transmission is flexible It is reliable; The concentricity of coupling is standard; The flexibility of gear transmission. If any jam is found, stop immediately to find the cause and run.
If the reducer is overloaded, the main reason is that the towing load is too large, the voltage is too low or the mechanical blockage caused by the driver. If the overload time is too long, the deceleration opportunity will absorb a large amount of active power from the grid, the current will increase sharply, and the temperature will rise accordingly. At high temperature, the insulation of the reducer will age and burn out. Therefore, please keep the reducer running at rated current at all times.
4. Current detection
When the reducer exceeds the rated current, the coil temperature will rise, resulting in insulation deterioration Therefore, the load should be reduced to make it lower than the rated current. In addition, when the voltage between the phases of the three-phase reducer is unbalanced, the unbalanced current will be generated, and the temperature rise will be unbalanced, resulting in local overheating. Therefore, the current value of each phase should be measured and recorded regularly. For three-phase asynchronous reducer, the difference between the current of any phase of three-phase current and the average current of other two phases is not allowed to exceed 10%, so as to ensure the safe operation of reducer. If it exceeds, it means that the reducer has a fault and needs to find out the cause in time and eliminate it.
5. Insulation resistance test
When the reducer is placed in high humidity air, when the stop time is long or the ambient temperature changes sharply, the electrical performance will decline due to the hygroscopicity of the insulation layer. In addition, the moisture or adhesion of the insulator attached to the surface of the insulator also leads to the decrease of the insulation resistance. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the insulation resistance in mm before regular inspection or decomposition of equipment and long-term shutdown of reducer. 500V megohmmeter is usually used to measure low-voltage reducer, while 1000V and above megohmmeter is used for high-voltage reducer.
6. Check the reducer temperature
If the reducer runs through overload, the voltage will run for a long time under rated or unbalanced state, and when the temperature rises too high due to poor ventilation, the insulation will deteriorate and the service life will be shortened.
If the bearing of the reducer is overheated and short of oil, if the temperature rise near the bearing is too high, it should be stopped immediately. There is no crack, scratch or damage on the surface of bearing rolling element and raceway, whether the bearing clearance shakes excessively, whether the inner ring rotates on the shaft, etc. In any of the above cases, the bearing must be renewed before reprocessing.
In addition, the ventilation condition should be checked regularly to measure the inlet and outlet temperatures of the cooling air. When the temperature difference is too large, due to the adhesion of dust, the amount of cooling air is reduced, so it should be carefully cleaned or decomposed.
7. Check the vibration of reducer
If the reducer vibrates, the load connected to it will increase at different heart rates, and the load on the reducer will increase. When the load is overloaded, the decelerator will burn out.
Therefore, in the operation of the reducer, especially in the high-power reducer, it is necessary to check the anchor bolts, reducer end cover, bearing gland, etc., and whether the grounding device is reliable, and find out the problems in time. Ordinary vibration can touch the stator frame by hand. Abnormal sounds can be used in the ear or listening stick. If you need more information, use a vibrometer. If it is different from the daily state, you should check it in detail. The cause of vibration is due to poor foundation, unbalanced rotor, abnormal bearing, or other mechanical reasons such as vibration transmission, there are still electrical reasons such as unbalanced power supply voltage, electromagnetic force caused by uneven air gap and so on.
8. Check the bearing and lubricating oil
The rolling bearings used in small and medium reducers are usually grease sealed. The sealing grease is usually lithium grease with high temperature resistance and stable mechanical properties. The service life is about 30000 hours. The life of grease is the life of bearing.
Too little will make the reducer bearing produce lubrication effect and increase wear. The standard of lubricating grease for reducer is to replace the reducer every 6 months.
