Antirust work of reducer
The antirust layer of reducer is volatile combustible gas. Open fire is strictly prohibited when opening the sight hole cover. Output and input shaft ends are coated with rust-proof layers respectively. Unless otherwise specified, if the reducer is stored in a dry and frost-free environment, the warranty period of its internal antirust coating is 6 months, while the warranty period of the protective layer at the free shaft end is 24 months. The warranty date is calculated from the date of delivery. The reducer must be stored in a covered place, which should be protected from rain, sun, frost and moisture, and should not be exposed to the open air, otherwise the reducer will easily generate condensed water and rust. If the reducer is placed in a damp environment or stored for more than 6 months, special anti-rust measures should be taken, otherwise it is easy to cause corrosion damage to the reducer. According to the specific conditions of lubricating oil or shaft seal, the following types of internal corrosion inhibitors can be used: 1. use gear oil for internal protection 2. The reducer and contact shaft seal equipped with splash lubrication system can inject correct working oil and add it below the breathing valve. 3. Internal protection with special protective agent 4. Before long-term storage, the reducer equipped with pressure lubrication system should add protective agent into the lubricating oil cooling pipeline or non-contact shaft seal and run without load. 5. When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to start the reducer for a short time every 3 weeks or turn the reducer for more than 1 turn (after the output shaft rotates, the position of the input shaft cannot return to the same position before the rotation, so as to change the position of the rolling element in the bearing). 6. Clean the surface and apply grease to the shaft seal ring to protect the lip of the seal from the protective agent.
What conditions should be met for trial operation and loading of speed reducer?
Proper power has been provided on site, lubricating oil has been added to the reducer as required, and all rotating and friction parts have been fully wetted.
Relevant testing equipment has been prepared, and personnel with relevant qualifications and emergency plans have been provided.
In case of on load test run, the load medium is ready, and the upstream and downstream equipment are ready.
The lubrication, hydraulic, cooling, water, gas (steam) and electrical systems, etc. shall be subject to system inspection and test, and shall meet the requirements of separate system commissioning and joint commissioning of main engine.
