1 Inspection of bearings Clean with heated mineral oil until there is no clamping phenomenon in any direction when the inner race is gently rotated by hand. Check the clearance of cleaned bearings with feeler gauge.
2 Inspection of gears The gear shall not have broken teeth, and the tooth surface shall not have cracks or spalling.
3 Inspection of shaft The ovality and taper on the shaft diameter shall not be greater than 0.015 ~ 0.025 mm. The surface roughness of all mating dimensions of the shaft meets the technical requirements of the drawings, and the tolerance of 0.02mm can be reused, and it can be used only after being repaired. Axis width dimension can be reused if it does not exceed the limit dimension by 0.04mm, and should be replaced if it exceeds the limit dimension by 0.04mm.

Inspection of reducer box and bearing cover.
Then there is the disassembly:
1. Clean up the slime on the reducer, lift it to the waste oil point, screw off the oil drain plug and drain the waste oil.
2. Screw off the connecting plate, bearing cover, reducer interface bolt and tile cover bolt. 3. Knock out the conical fixing pin, and lift the reducer cover with a crane.

1. Install the driven shaft, three shafts, two shafts and high-speed shaft in sequence.
2. Adjust the gear side clearance and axial clearance.
3. Evenly coat sealing glue on the joint surface of reducer; Close the other box of reducer; Fasten the conical fixing pin; Fasten the bearing cover and box interface bolts; The driving shaft is flexible without rubbing.
Suggestions on test and acceptance:
1. add N120# industrial gear oil to the upper motor.
2, sending commissioning, time is not less than 30 minutes.
3. During the whole operation, the operation shall be smooth, without impact, abnormal vibration and noise, and no oil leakage or oil leakage shall be allowed at each seal and joint.
4. Observe the temperature and sound of each part without abnormal sound, the bearing temperature shall not exceed 40℃, and the interface surface and rotating parts shall not leak oil.
