After receiving the R series reducer, the longest storage period is 6 months, but it must be guaranteed that the packaging is as complete as mentioned above. If anything wrong is found, the package should be removed, the integrity of the R series reducer should be checked, and the R series reducer should be repackaged with a new package.
The storage place should not be open, the temperature should not be lower than + 5 ℃, higher than + 40 ℃, and the relative humidity should not be higher than 80%. The package shall not withstand collision, vibration, heavy pressure, etc.
When R series reducer is out of service, if necessary maintenance work (such as cleaning and lubrication) is done, R107 reducer can be stored for a period of time, but not longer than three months. At the same time, it should ensure that the environment is closed, dust-free and no corrosive objects. The minimum temperature is not less than + 5 ℃, and the maximum temperature is not more than + 40 ℃.
The position is easy to check for deformation, extrusion, damage, etc. No collision, vibration, heavy pressure, etc. Open the package and do not tear down the bottom plate (if possible) for future transportation. Open the package to see if the contents of the file are equal to what the package says.
R series reducer and other facilities (negotiated with the manufacturer) must be in a complete protection state. You must check carefully before transportation. After receiving R107 reducer, it is better to check whether it is in good condition.
If you find something wrong, inform the manufacturer immediately and install it according to the instructions. Standard supply facilities, R107 reducer installation instruction manual, R107 reducer use and maintenance instructions. Because of its precision and importance, whether in installation or later use, the wrong operation will pose a threat to personnel safety.
Before handling, check with your own eyes to ensure that R107 reducer is not damaged, and then follow the following steps: check the supplementary documents used for transportation, lifting and unloading or the documents containing temporary information. This package also has its own content, quantity, and if necessary, weight, size and clamping instructions.
Check whether the data in the file is consistent with the weight shown in the clamping instruction or clamping mode on the package. Identify the clamping and lifting points on the packaging of each R-Series reducer to complete the clamping and lifting by mechanical means, select the appropriate place, level the ground, and place R107 reducer packaging and machine parts.
If there is no package, put a suitable bottom plate under it to prevent the equipment from touching the ground. Arrange the unloading tools. The selection of lifting tools and other tools (e.g. bridge crane, mobile crane, automatic loading / unloading vehicle) should take into account the overall movement, overall size, clamping / lifting instructions and center of gravity. These data need to be marked on the package.
The display on the package of R series reducer is always larger than 30kg. The lifting of heavy objects needs the help of appropriate chain, rope and sling. The package of less than 30kg has no weight description and can be handled by hand. The spreader must be of suitable length and securely fastened at the clamping points shown. Or with automatic loading and unloading vehicles or other facilities clamping equipment packaging.
Use appropriate equipment and tools to lift the R series reducer vertically. Lift slowly to keep balance. Handle the unloading in the place arranged in advance, and be careful not to shake during the movement. Place gently at the installation site.
The equipment itself has no lighting facilities to improve work efficiency, but a set of lighting system is prepared in the electric control equipment. Before starting and operating the equipment, the operator of R series reducer must often check the lighting condition of the surrounding environment to ensure safety and make the equipment reach the predetermined working efficiency.
