Therefore, we can only reduce the temperature of the working medium or replace it with the oil seal of heat-resistant rubber. When the heat dissipation of the direct quadrature shaft reducer changes and dry friction occurs, we only need to ensure lubrication. The compatibility of rubber to high temperature is poor, so the oil seal is immersed in wash oil or gasoline for a long time, when the temperature rises, the lip will swell.

This is also one of the influences on the working machine. Although the direct axis reducer has the function of heat dissipation, when the heat and heat dissipation are equal, it will be in a state of balance. If the temperature suddenly rises at this time, it will break the balance and cause the temperature to rise continuously, thus affecting the normal work of the direct axis reducer. Reducer will be affected by temperature when working, so we must pay attention to keep a stable temperature in the working process, so as to extend the service life of reducer.

No matter for the reducer, the ultimate working temperature will make the reducer in the design expected life. During operation, the temperature of the reducer can be between - 40 ℃ and - 50 ℃, so the ultimate working temperature of the direct quadrature shaft reducer is 50 ℃.

If the temperature generated by the operation of the direct quadrature shaft reducer exceeds the mechanical limit working temperature for a long time, the aging of the insulation material will be accelerated, thus greatly shortening the service life of the reducer. Therefore, in the operation process, the temperature is also one of the main reasons affecting the service life of the direct quadrature shaft gear reducer.

I believe everyone has heard of temperature rise. Temperature rise refers to the temperature difference with the environment, which is generally caused by heating caused by long-time operation. Temperature rise is an important indicator in the operation process, which can clearly know the heating degree of the reducer in use. In the work, if the temperature of the DC-AC shaft reducer has reached the limit working temperature of 50 ℃, it means that there is a fault inside the reducer, the vent is blocked or it has been overloaded.
