7. All personnel shall not walk under the suspended objects during the transmission of the hardened gear reducer.
8. The loading capacity of the installed crane equipment must be at least equal to that of the crane equipment? Any operation beyond the performance index indicated in this guide will not be allowed.
In case of any change (including increase of noise level, abnormal temperature, etc.) in the transmission system of gear reducer, relevant investigation must be conducted immediately to find out the cause or correct the error. Any such changes must also be reported to the plant management, and any such changes must be reported to the operator of the hardened gear reducer. It is not allowed to start or rotate the gear unit through the gear reducer or auxiliary gear motor of the gear unit without adding lubricating oil and the lubricating oil pump is not working. For the hazards that may be caused by the operator, the safety responsibility for the use of hard gear reducer must be clearly assigned, and the user must bind the safety guide and regulations into a volume. Safety responsibilities related to installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, repair and disassembly must be clearly defined and assigned. Managers must inspect and manage the installation site of gear reducer transmission system properly to ensure the site is clean and in good order.
