The thermometer shows the oil temperature in the oil collecting tank of cycloidal pinwheel reducer. There is a cooler at the outlet of the cycloid pin gear reducer oil circuit system, and the oil temperature downstream is indicated by the thermometer. By comparing the oil temperature of cycloid gear reducer, the oil temperature reduction value of cycloid needle wheel deceleration oil cooler can be calculated (refer to the technical data sheet for temperature value). Note: during normal operation of the oil system, it is necessary to open all the shut-off valves facing the pressure gauge and pressure switch of cycloid needle wheel reducer system in the operating position. During normal operation, the shut-off valve can only temporarily leave the operating position (to check and replace a certain instrument and instrument).

Resistance thermometer installed at the outlet of cycloid needle wheel deceleration oil system is used to transmit the main data of measurement. The measuring sensor and corresponding contact switch of cycloid gear reducer are not included in the scope of supply. The cycloid gear reducer contact switch must have four contacts and can also be used for remote temperature indication of cycloid gear reducer. Necessary for the cycloid pin gear reducer contact function mentioned in the following section (refer to the technical data sheet for adjustment values)

1. when the maximum allowable oil temperature of cycloid needle wheel reducer is reached, stop the gear mechanism input motor.

2. when the cycloid needle wheel reducer reaches high oil temperature, it sends out an alarm signal. When the alarm signal appears, the reason for oil temperature alarm should be found as soon as possible. After the alarm signal appears for up to 5 hours, the fault point needs to be found. If it is not found, the input motor of gear mechanism must be cut off manually.

3. start the pollution monitoring of cycloid needle wheel reducer filter. In the case of cold oil, the alarm signal may be caused by the increasing power loss in the filter protected by this contact.

4. when the oil temperature sensor measures the minimum temperature for 3 minutes, open the cycloid needle gear reducer maintenance circulating pump and start the high-pressure oil pump. After another 10 minutes, the signal to turn on the input motor is sent through the time relay. During this time delay, all lubrication points of cycloid needle wheel reducer will be provided with fresh oil, while at a lower ambient temperature, the cold oil from gear mechanism will be mixed with hot oil from the oil collection tank.

In addition, four resistance thermometers (bill No. No. 21) installed in specially designed radial thrust bearings are used as temperature monitoring. The corresponding measuring cycloid gear reducer sensor and corresponding contact switch are not included in the scope of supply. Each contact switch must have 2 contacts and can also be used for remote temperature indication. Necessary for contact functions mentioned in the following sections (refer to technical data sheet for adjustment values)

1. when the radial bearing reaches the maximum allowable temperature, stop the input motor of gear mechanism of cycloid needle wheel reducer.

2. when the high oil temperature is reached, an alarm signal is sent.

When the alarm signal appears, the reason for oil temperature alarm should be found as soon as possible. After the alarm signal appears for up to 5 hours, the fault point needs to be found. If it is not found, the input motor of gear mechanism must be cut off manually.

If the oil level drops below a specific mark, the cycloid needle wheel reducer is installed at the bottom of the gear housing, which is designed to be an oil level control instrument in the oil collecting tank, and an alarm signal will be sent out. It must be noted that the lube oil system can only be activated if the oil level exceeds a specific mark and the oil temperature reaches the minimum permissible temperature. The flow switch with two contacts installed in the pressure oil pipe line downstream of oil cooler at the outlet of oil circuit system will be used as additional monitoring instrument. Under certain conditions, when the specified minimum oil quantity is not reached, the input motor of cycloid needle gear reducer gear mechanism will be disconnected. The second contact is used in an emergency. If the first contact is not operated, it sends a safe shut-off signal once the oil quantity is less than the minimum value( For adjustment values, see technical data sheet). In automatic operation, the limit switch for locking the valve is used to send out the oil pump
