When the concentricity error between the motor and RV Reducer is large, the radial force will exceed the radial force that the motor output shaft can bear, resulting in the fracture of the drive motor output shaft. When the output shaft of the drive motor breaks, the input end of the RV Reducer will also bear the radial force from the motor. If the radial force exceeds the radial load that both can bear, the result will also lead to the deformation and even fracture of the input end of the RV Reducer. Therefore, it is very important to ensure the concentricity during assembly.

So let's introduce the operation process of RV Reducer alignment concentricity as follows:

(1) Rotate the rotary kiln auxiliary transmission, stop after 30s-60s, lock the lock, fix the dial gauge on the coupling, and adjust the dial gauge scale 0.

(2) One mechanic is required to hold the brake by hand, and repeatedly lift and fall for 2-3 times to make the coupling of main motor and main reducer rotate for 1/4, record dial indicator data, and then repeatedly lift and fall for 2-3 times, rotate it 2 / 4 places, record dial indicator data, and perform similar operation to rotate it 3 / 4, record dial indicator data, and repeat the above operation, Stop it after one week of rotation, and judge the copper skin after the main motor is padded with 0.27mm according to the recorded data.

(3) After adding pad, repeat step 2 operation and correct again, and the final axial concentricity error is within 0.1mm.

In the case of RV Reducer, we must install it in the correct way and maintain it regularly, not to ignore the quality problems of RV Reducer due to low price.
