I was curious about the relationship between the model of this reducer and its name. I didn't understand these series until I worked for a period of time. Today I want to tell you about the PC reducer, which is not used much. It is usually used exclusively.

PC reducer

This is the appearance of PC reducer. It is generally small and is usually used with NMRV turbine reducer.

There are several models of PC reducer: pc063, pc071, pc080 and pc090. The advantages of this PC gear reducer are as follows

1. Large transmission ratio: the transmission ratio is 1 / 6-1 / 87 for the primary reducer; The transmission ratio is 1 / 99-1 / 7569 during two-stage deceleration; The transmission ratio is 1 / 2057-1 / 658503 during three-stage deceleration; More level combinations can be used as needed.

Sometimes you don't know what is primary deceleration and secondary deceleration. Look at the picture, you can know it clearly. The structure of three-stage deceleration is deduced by analogy. Personally, I think this diagram is very easy to understand.

2. High transmission efficiency: because the meshing part of the machine adopts rolling meshing, the average efficiency can reach more than 90%.

3. Small volume and light weight: because it not only adopts the planetary transmission principle, the input shaft and output shaft are on the same axis, but also has the unique feature of direct connection with the motor, so the machine has the characteristics of compact structure, small volume and light weight.
