1. Regular inspection and maintenance: the user shall regularly maintain and maintain the gear motor, regularly check the use status of lubricating oil, regularly clean the dust and foreign matters on the surface of ventilation cap, fan, cooling coil and gear motor, keep the gear motor clean and ensure the normal operation of gear motor.

2. Inspection and periodic maintenance

Check the oil leakage of gear motor	Per month
Check the moisture in the oil	At least once a year after 400 working hours
The first oil change after starting	After 400 working hours
Subsequent oil changes	At least once a year after 5000 working hours
Clean the ventilation cap	Every three months
Clean the motor gearbox	Simultaneously with oil change
Check the tightness of fastening bolts	After the first oil change, change the oil every other time thereafter
A comprehensive inspection of the gear motor	About every 2 years, it is carried out at the same time as oil change

3. Precautions for inspection and maintenance

Cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock and wait for the gear motor to cool down.
Check the oil level. The oil level must be in the middle of the oil mirror
Check the oil, remove the oil plug, take an oil sample and check the viscosity index of the oil; If the oil is obviously turbid, it is recommended to replace it as soon as possible.

Oil replacement:

① Different lubricants shall not be mixed with each other.

② After cooling, the viscosity of the oil will increase and it is difficult to drain the oil. When changing the oil, the gearbox should be kept warm.

③ An oil pan should be placed under the oil plug, remove the oil plug / vent cap, drain all the oil and press the oil plug.

④ Inject new oil of the same brand, and the oil quantity shall be consistent with the installation direction (see nameplate). If the brand is different, consult our after-sales service.

⑤ Check the oil level at the oil mirror and install the breather cap.
