Noise variation of gear motor	The fasteners are loose	Tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque, and replace the bolts or nuts
	The gear of the gear motor is damaged	Contact after-sales service department to check all gears and replace damaged parts
	Excessive bearing clearance	Contact after-sales service department to adjust bearing spacing
	Shaft damage	Contact the after-sales service department to replace the damaged bearing
Vibration rise at bearing	Bearing damage	And the after-sales service department shall check the data obtained by the operators in the vibration measurement and replace it as needed
	Gear damage	Contact the after-sales service department to check and replace as needed
Oil leakage of gear motor	Poor sealing at the connection of box cover	Check the connection of the sealing box, replace it with a new one if necessary, and seal the connection
	Radial collar failure	Contact the after-sales service department to replace the radial seal
Water in oil	Sundries in oil	Use a test tube to check the state of the oil, whether there is water, and analyze the oil in the laboratory
	The gear motor is frosted by the cool air from the ventilation between the machines	Protect the gearbox with suitable insulation material, close the air outlet or change the direction of the structure
